  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery
  • Responsible for delivery of the projects.
  • Stakeholder management, risks , governance.
  • Thoroughly understand & communicate stakeholder requirements to the team & ensure timely high quality realization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives. Identify, report and mitigate risks proactively Resolve escalated issues in accordance with the issue escalation procedures.
  • Prepare & present monthly reports on Service Level objectives, Root Cause Analysis & risks.
  • Drive Development of application using COBOL/CICS/DB2 OR Application Support team on deliverables.
  • Should be technically very sound having latest update on Mainframe/ Java – J2ee Technologies
  • Motivate the team members to perform their tasks independently
  • Authority: Will be responsible for Overall operations of a project/application area Will mentor team members, participate in recruitment activities. Monitor, Track, control and report project execution.
  • Accountability: Build-up knowledge in assigned areas and system understanding Will have to co-ordinate and communicate directly with client/Business users as per the job requirements Customer support for issue resolution Ensure on time delivery & quality of projects & change requests.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Project & People management, Service Center or similar application for incident/problem tracking
  • Understanding of ITIL & CMMI Level 3 process, documentation
  • Should have understanding and project transition experience.
  • Behavioural Skill: Interpersonal skills and team working Excellent communication skills
